Emma has been working in Property for over ten years. She has experience in various areas from buy to let insolvency management, new homes sales, relocation consultancy, PRS lettings/property management & lettings/property management for the small landlord.
She has a Degree in Auctioneering, Valuations & Estate Agency from DIT Bolton Street & a Degree in Property Planning & Development from Kingston University, London.
Emma is an associate member of Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) & Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). She is licenced by the Property Services Regulatory Authority to provide services in categories:

If you are interested in renting your property we will manage the process for you. To begin we will view the property and agree a lease strategy with you, taking into account your timelines and any works required. We can also arrange BER’s, cleaning and staging on request. On agreement we will issue a property services agreement and once signed we can begin to market your property. Viewings will be arranged by appointment virtually or in person and applicants will undergo the vetting process.
The inventory, meter readings & utility changeover, RTB registration, pre move in inspection/photography, lease agreement, deposit and initial rental payment are handled by the agent. The check in and key exchange will happen on the day of move in.

We can take the job of managing your property throughout the tenancy from your hands. We will manage the monthly rent collection and be the point of contact for resident queries and maintenance requests. We will inspect your property on a bi-annual basis. Renewals and rent reviews will be issued in line with legislation. Keeping the property maintained to a high standard along with retaining good residents is something we are passionate about.
